Stay alongside the teacher-training group at Lemongrass on a relaxed holiday track. Join morning and evening practice, with time to rest and explore between sessions.
Classes are optional for retreat guests. This stay offers a participation certificate, without teacher-training exams or teaching practicals.

What does a typical day look like
Expect morning breathwork and yoga, daytime breaks, evening practice and meditation. The school’s sample has morning yoga at 7:30–9am and evening yoga at 4:30–6pm. Timings vary.
Will I have time to explore
Yes. Classes are optional, leaving time between sessions to relax or explore instead of attending training lectures.

Do I have to train as a teacher
No. This is your retreat, with optional yoga, meditation and time for yourself alongside the training group. The 11-day stay offers a participation certificate rather than a teaching qualification.
What is included and how do I get there
The partner lists ten nights, meals, tuition, return Port Blair–Havelock ferries, one massage and guided outings. Fly to Port Blair (IXZ); confirm ferry and resort pickup arrangements before booking flights.
How do the deposit and balance work
Bruce Yoga collects only the deposit: £140 for the £840 single-room package or £160 for the £1,460 double-room package. The remaining balance is paid directly to the venue or school at reception on arrival.

Send your preferred dates and room choice before paying a deposit. An enquiry does not reserve a room. Availability is confirmed individually.
What about taxes and cancellation terms
Request the final total, any applicable taxes and the cancellation or rescheduling terms for your specific package before paying. Your booking confirmation should state these clearly.
